Artisonraju 6025 m

Artisonraju's pyramid summit towers high above the Paron Valley, situated in a cirque of steep and snowy peaks, many of which are considered the areas more difficult summit endeavors. A two day approach to high camp, located on the Paron glacier, sets your climbing team close to the rise of Artison's 600 meter face. The climb is a consistant 60-70 degree snow and ice ascent, providing challenges in both endurance and technical skill.

Shaqsha, though closer to Huaraz than most peaks, is a hidden gem of the Cordillera Blanca. Two days to high camp on the glacier and the mountain awaits your summit attempt. Shown on the front cover of Brad Johnson's book "Classic Climbs of the Cordillera Blanca Peru", this peak is a dazzling enterprise with steep ice climbing and stellar views.

Santa Cruz Trek and Summit Climb of Pisco

Hike through the very heart of the Cordillera where Peru’s highest mountains soar thousands of feet above. The Santa Cruz trek works its way over a high mountain pass, catching stunning views of the surrounding glaciated peaks. You'll end the hike in the mountain town of Vaqueria, then drive to the base of Pisco to spend 4 days climbing to it's glorious summit. Cojup trek / Mountaineering Course / Summit of Tocllaraju

One of the less explored valleys of the Cordillera Blanca, despite it's proximity to Huaraz and incredible beauty. Hike up the Cojup for 2 days and then up and over a high pass which splits the might Ranrapalca and the widely known Ishinca peaks. Camp high on Ishinca for 2 days of alpine skills followed by a summit attempt. Next, ascend to the high camp of Tocallarju and make another summit bid on this 6000 meter gem. Return via the Ishinca valley to make a perfect loop back to Huaraz.

Aquilpo trek and Summit Climb of Ishinca
10 days - moderate to strenous - $1130

May 29 - June 9 / August 3 - 12 / September 10 - 19

This“off the beaten path,” trek takes you up the seldom traveled Alquilpo valley, at the head of which nestles a spectacularly colored glacier lake. Camp at the waters edge before pressing over the pass and down into the base camp of Ishinca. Top off the trip with a summit climb of Ishinca before descending back down to the town of Huaraz.
